Persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh pelamar adalah sebagai berikut:

  • The Account Manager - ESP is responsible for developing and managing strategic opportunities within Energy Solutions & Projects (ESP), with primary focus on Oil & Gas clients and drone-based inspection services.
  • This role involves managing project-based cycles, supporting tender processes, and driving venue from high-value opportunities. The role requires strong commercial capabilitiy, structured sales executiion, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Account Management & Growth
  • o  Manage and develop key accounts, primarily within Oil & Gas clients
  • o  Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • o  Represent TÜV SÜD in client meetings, technical discussions, and industry engagements
  • o  Support positioning of TÜV SÜD for long-term & strategic project opportunities
  • 2. Business Development
  • o  Promote advanced inspection solutions, including:
  • o   Drone-based inspections
  • o   Remote visual inspection (RVI)
  • o   Asset integrity and condition monitoring solutions
  • o  Position TÜV SÜD as a technology-driven inspection partner
  • 3. Pipeline Management
  • o  Maintain qualified pipeline aligned with project-based targets
  • o  Ensure proper opportunity qualification and follow-up
  • o  Focus on high-value and high-probability opportunities
  • 4. Tender & Sales Execution
  • o  Support and participate in tender processes, including:
  • o  Opportunity and risk assessment
  • o  Proposal preparation and submission
  • o  Commercial clarification and negotiation
  • o  Coordinate with technical and operations teams for integrated solution alignment
  • o  Drive deal closing and contract finalization
  • 5. Revenue Realization & Cashflow Support
  • o  Ensure smooth commercial handover to Operations for execution
  • o  Coordinate with Operations to maintain client alignment toward project completion and Completion Letter (BAST) issuance
  • o  Accountable for Invoice and Collection for every delivered work under the handled accounts
  • 6. Internal Coordination
  • Maintain strong coordination with Operations, Technical team, Legal, HR and Finance/Admin to ensure alignment between project execution and commercial milestones.
  • Key Requirements:
  • o   Minimum 5–8 years of experience in TIC / inspection / industrial technical services sales
  • o  Experience in handling project-based sales or tender processes
  • o  Understanding of Oil & Gas industry
  • o  Proven exposure to inspection technologies, asset integrity services, or drone-based solutions
  • o  Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • o  Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • o  Ability to manage structured, long-cycle sales processes
  • Note:
  • Candidates without prior experience in TIC / inspection / industrial technical services will not be considered.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with existing relationships in oil & gas customers, drone-service customers, or related contractors.
