Kualifikasi & Persyaratan

Persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh pelamar adalah sebagai berikut:

• Description :
• Develop and implement Project Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and procedures in line with standards and client requirements
• Prepare Quality Plan, QC procedures, and define quality objectives & KPIs
• Ensure quality requirements are integrated into project plans and execution
• Develop and oversee inspection & testing plans; coordinate inspections and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure compliance of engineering deliverables, materials, and equipment through reviews, audits, and inspections
• Monitor construction quality and prevent defects or rework through site inspections
• Manage non-conformances (NCR), including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actionsn
• Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or Science
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in QA/QC supervision or experience handling QA/QC supervision for at least 3 Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection, and testing standards
• Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, etc.)
• Experience in reviewing ITP (Inspection & Test Plan), procedures, and quality documentation
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements related to quality activities
• Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Willing to be placed in Duri, Riau
