Kualifikasi & Persyaratan

Adapun kualifikasi yang diharapkan dari calon pelamar adalah:

• Description :
• 1. Supervise and manage daily construction activities at site
• 2. Ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• 3. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
• 4. Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and work quality
• 5. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture on site
• 6. Identify and resolve site issues, including technical and operational challenges
• 7. Control and report construction progress (daily/weekly)
• 8. Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and resources at site
• 9. Support project completion, including pre-commissioning and handover
• Requirement :
• 1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
• 2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
• 3. Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role within engineering and/or construction disciplines or experience handling at least 3 Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects
• 4. Strong knowledge of construction execution, site management, and project coordination
• 5. Familiar with HSE standards and construction safety practices
• 6. Able to supervise contractors and manage field activities effectively
• 7. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• 8. Willing to be placed in Duri, Riau
