Kualifikasi & Persyaratan
Persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh pelamar adalah sebagai berikut:
- Management of the entire project cycle from feasibility, to conceptual design, tender, construction
- drawings, and specifications across departments, partners and consultants to eventual handover to end
- user.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including budget, schedule, and required resources.
- Understand the goals of the project and ensure all team members have a clear understanding of those
- goals.
- To shortlist potential consultants and vendors as necessary for the project to be invited to submit their
- proposal and to recommend them for engagement.
- Manage and lead project and consultant teams consisting of various disciplines while ensuring effective
- communication and collaboration between all parties.
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure they remain within the determined budget.
- Oversee the project schedule and ensure that the project runs according to the pre-determined schedule.
- Manage necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and related agencies.
- Ensure that the project complies with all applicable rules and regulations.
- Ensure project completion in accordance with established specifications and standards.
- Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and sub-contractors required for the project.
- Monitor the implementation of construction and ensure the quality of work is in accordance with
- established standards.
- Report project progress and address issues or concerns as they arise. Identify potential project risks and
- develop strategies to address them.
- Reporting on the overall project status encompassing all aspects of the project execution to the
- management and provide risk mitigation advise or improvement to the management during monthly
- board meetings.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment
- related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from me to me by the Management.
- Degree in Project Management / Construction Management / Civil / Mechanical Engineering / or any project work related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in project management
- Familiar with property projects – Landed Residential, Shophouses, High Rise
- Prepared to be stationed at Pekanbaru Site Office at Sudirman Business Central
- Written and conversational English is a must
