Kualifikasi & Persyaratan
Adapun kualifikasi yang diharapkan dari calon pelamar adalah:
- Ensure all store business processes are executed in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Manage shrinkage control activities, support store inventory management, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Handle store administration, monitor performance, and manage store financial documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotional programs, maintain store cleanliness, and oversee the condition of visual merchandising assets.
- Ensure store IT infrastructure is operational and properly maintained, while managing and documenting all fixed assets.
- Ensure cashier operations and customer issue resolution follow established procedures
- Manage goods receiving and return (retur) processes with suppliers or distribution centers.
- Ensure all IT infrastructure is complete, functional, and all equipment is properly licensed.
- Ensure sales reports and other income reports are accurate and submitted to Head Office on time.
- Conduct periodic socialization of new SOPs and refresher training sessions for employees.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, store administration, or store auditing.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, shrinkage control, and reporting.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting related to store
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in shift schedules if required.
